Clean and quiet hotel, ideal for explorers.
The breakfast experience was frustrating and chaotic. items were often unavailable, and the layout made it difficult to navigate. The air conditioning was not user-friendly, switching between extreme temperatures, which disrupted our sleep. the service in the café was disappointingly slow, adding to our difficulties during the visit.

You can't beat the Chocolate Hour—an absolute must for sweet lovers! The breakfast buffet is a top-notch way to kickstart the day, and the location near great eats like Theobroma Chocolate Lounge and Higher Ground is a culinary explorer's dream.
Though the room was comfy, it felt a bit snug, and the pillows were a tad high for my liking. the TV's odd placement didn’t help with movie nights, and the fridge only had milk—an area for improvement, but the stay was still fab!

The Superior King Room had a plush bed with a stunning upholstered headboard, which I found quite inviting after a long day. The room’s bathroom was a standout, featuring great water pressure in the shower and ample space for toiletries.
Parking was a real pain. We were initially told valet service was available, only to find out it wasn’t when we arrived. Instead, we ended up at a Nationwide car park, and there was a bit of a hassle with the QR code system for validation, which didn’t work as promised. The air conditioning was also problematic. it blasted directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable unless turned off, which led to a toasty room at night. Plus, the breakfast area had congestion from too many tables crammed together, which made things feel a bit chaotic during breakfast hours.
